Training and management equipment is essential to having a well-behaved dog.

Most people are well aware that they'll need to provide a food and water bowl, a collar, and a leash for their new addition, but if you want to get the most out of life with your dog, it shouldn't stop there!

Training equipment can include many different kinds of collars, head-halters, leashes, and harnesses, aids such as a clicker or leash holder, and for many dog sports; signs, jumps, tunnels, articles, boxes, dumbbells... the list goes on and on. It can be confusing to try to sort through everything there is available today. For us, it's exciting, and we love helping people find what works best for them.

There isn't much for tools we haven't tried. If there is, show us where to buy it! We do have our favorites, and some not-so-favorites, when it comes to pet dogs. There is a time and place for each tool, and a right way and a wrong way to use them. Please consult us or another professional dog trainer if you have questions about which tool is right for you and your dog, or you want to know the best way to use it.
