Email is typically the best way for us to communicate with our clients.

Since we do everything by appointment only, but we technically work 7 days a week, we find ourselves with a different schedule every day...

We love the variety, but it makes it hard to set specific office or phone hours to accommodate everyone. Email allows us to respond to your inquiry between our other appointments, caring for the dogs, and personal activities (whenever we're lucky enough to fit them in!).

Phone calls to the office are most appropriate for short notice events, such as calling in sick for class, or changing your appointment time. We do our best to check the phone often, but please be aware that we may be in another appointment, or outside exercising the dogs.

Most of the time, we do not answer our phone... since we don't have a landline anymore, we cannot tell the difference between a telemarketer or scammer, and a real customer. We know it's a bit of an inconvenience to leave a message and wait for a call back (hence our love of email), but we promise, it will be well worth it to have our full attention.

In order to avoid having any interruptions such as a dog barking, or the doorbell ringing, we prefer to schedule our consultations so that we can spend the time you need to get all of your questions answered.
